Cannot see Watermark

Hello,



A watermark is embedded in a document but it is so faint I cannot see it, which leads to printing errors. The documents come in like this and I have to remove them, which I know how to do, I just cannot see them in the first place. I have tried different options in the settings, so that I can see it more clearly, but I am at a loss....any help out there please!

What software ?iif you could upload aA sample document loaded on a shared site and post back a link here, it might help to see the issue and what, if any thing can be done

As soon as the document is available (person away today) I will attach. Software used Windows 2007.
