Hi,
Open my computer,right click on the removable device lets say mobile phone memory card is assigned E:,Right click on E: properties>tools tab>press on check now selecting Automatically fix file system errors and scan attempt recovery of bad sectors.If this did not work then you will have to format the memory card.
