Windows won't let me download thisClosed

Question

Hello, I recently bought a c160 webcam.I restarted my whole computer literally,deleted everything and all that.Now I went to install my webcam software and i get this,"Your internet security setings prevented one or more files from being opened" 
I need help please cause i need my software download.Can anyone help me 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.10

Hello Tatertot, 

Your firewall and virus settings should have been set to maximum protection and hence you should remove it to get the possibility to get those files downloaded.
