Are Hidden Object Dangerous? Closed

Question

Hello,   

I just scanned my laptop and it said I have 2 hidden objects. 
Should I be worry about them? 
Will they cause my laptop more harm? 
Avira AntiVir remover can't remove hidden objects. 
Is there a way to pinpoint their location? 
Also, can someone recommend some good and reliable virus/trojan/malware remover?

may be, may not be .Reason::: Hidden objects by the system are in its favor probably for its security, non user easily availabillity etc. While objects hidden by viruses, spyware could be harmfull. EX:::: (.inf) , (toeuw.exe)
