Repeat 'x' value in nth column for y times

Hi frds,

i am doin a project in excel. in that i hav columns headin product, capacity, qty,customer, delivery date etc. i need to asign work to the employee's in a company. if the order n quantity is 1 i vl directly asign the work to the first employee. but the there r multiple orders n different no. of quantity.

eg.

qty capacity

5 10 kva
8 15 kva
i need to allocate the work for 4 employee's equally. on enterin the quantity the work shd be assigned automatically to the employee's.

pls help me to com out tis problem. thks in advance....................
