Hello if you cannot open the disk it could be due to a worm that has settled on your pendrive You shuold try to remove it with a good anti trojan/worm/virus like Kapersky or Avast.
If it still does not work, try to shift the folders to your pc and try to open them (if your files are infected though they might also infect your hard drive be careful with this one, be sure to make a good scan first).
Else, the last and only option is to format the key.
