Hello,
Try this 1
1) Try connecting it to different USB ports.
2) Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
( If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then Click on Start --> In search box, type
devmgmt.msc and press Enter)
If you notice any yellow mark, then right-click on it and select the option
"Uninstall". Now click on click on "Action" --> Scan for hardware changes.
[Note: If "Scan for hardware" changes is missing then click on the white area in
the device manager and then follow the instruction.]
If the problem still exits then right-click on the yellow mark and select the option
"Update" or reinstall the drivers.
3) Plug your pendrive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and
press "Enter" --> Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers" --> Right-click on
"USB Mass Storage Device" ---> Click on "Uninstall"--> Remove your pendrive
and restart your PC.
Good Luck
