Help my moniter

Hello,

My moniter will not stay on. I can turn it own, I can see the screen for about 3 -4 seconds and then it goes off. The computer stays on it is just the moniter goes off. I have tried plugging and unplugging but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what this could be? I don't know how to go about getting ti fixed because I am not sure what it wrong. This is a DELL desk top computer.

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another

slot. Check your RAM also, even bad RAM will result in display problem.

If you are having a graphic card then remove it and place it back properly.
