Try this 1
To turn off the error reporting feature, follow the below instructions
Click on Start --> Run --> Type sysdm.cpl and press Enter.
"System Properties" window will be opened.
Click on the "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Error Reporting" button --> Select the
option "Disable error reporting" --> Click on OK --> OK.
If you are having problem in running the "Adobe premiere" then check the
system requirements.
