Hello,

i'm interested in creating an excel sheet to reflect my workout routine. i know what i want but i'm not sure how to implement it. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

i use excel 2007.

here's what i'm trying to accomplish.

i'd like a excel sheet to look something like this.

*******day1******** *******day2******** etc.
set1 set2 set3 set4 set1 set2 set3 set4
wo1

wo2

wo3

i'd like to display individual graphs for set1,set2,st3,st4 for each wo (1,2,3) to see progress.

i'd also like to compare graphs by selecting two or more days. ideally i'd like to automate this.

can someone help?

thanks.

take some time to configure the main data base and review it once or twice

I do not know what your purpose and analysis tactics are.

this is a general suggestion and may be modified the sheet will look some thing like this
enter dates as excel dates (depending upon your regional set up)
for .e.g in my case it is m/d/yy that is 3/15/11 this is for 15 March 2011.

routine date set w identity
a date 1 1 wo1
s date 1 1 wo2
d date 2 2 wo1
f date 3 3 w03
