How do I reset my hp windows 7 computer?

Hello,
MY friend needs help reseting her computer completely and she doesnt know how. Her computer isnt working and she needs to reset it to have it work again. Can anyone help me? I need to reset the computer, which is a hp windows 7. ty

we know every computer or mobile have system restore facility. we can do it or fix in one fix before time. But we should think after this time ,instaling softwere will be diapear.start- programme-accesories_system tools- system restore. thanks
