How to open wps files

Hello,
I recently bought a new PC and had documents from old PC transferred to new machine. I cannot open the wps files that were transferred. I get message
'Adobe Reader could not open file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged'.
This is the reply from all transferred wps files - other types seem OK.
I have downloaded Microsoft office Word Viever without success - what else can I do please?

Download Word Office 2003 from the link below and install it, you'll be able to open your wps files:

Thank you Bionik - I cannot find Word office2003.
I have found Word office 2003 SP3 -Should I download Word office 2003 SP3 please?

Did you use the link i gave you?

So you can download pdf creator from the link below. Click on "Télécharger" to download it and after installation, you can convert your wps files to pdf which can be openned by adobe reader.
