Click on Application which you want to use. (e.g. Opera, Nimbuzz, ebuddy etc.).
Go to network profile.
select "user specific" at profile mode
Select Sim (your Bsnl suppose its SIM 1)
go to java SIM 1 Profile select your BSNL profile

Access Point Name WAPSOUTH.CELLONE.IN
Port 9201 for Wap 1 device
9401 for Wap 2 device
Proxy IP 10.31.54.2
Authentication Normal
User Name ppp
Password ppp123
Home Page http://localhost/home.wml
