How can i get a virus of my computer if it doesn't wont to charge?

Hello, if you can please help me. My computer has got a virus on it, so we went a bought the same one. But on my old computer, all my photos, videos... are on it. I just wont to get the virus of the computer mate. I haven't charged it since 4 mounths ago. Please please can you help me? thank you for your time, and send the answer to my e-mail please. bye.

The safest way is to remove the hard drive and put it into a "external hard drive" USB adapter. Then plug the adapter into the new computer. Run a free scan using Malwarebytes and then copy the files.
