Audio not working in Windows 7

                    Some times the speakers are "Muted" by the built in functions of the laptop. 
Usually there is an "Fn" on most of the laptops to enable disable these fuctions.
Check the top row of the key board that may be printed with these funtions.
press Fn+Audio/Audio mute/ Audio increase on your key board to enable it again.
As you mic is still working, i suspect this might be the case that speakers are turned off.
