Your problem may be due to two things:
1- Is Windows 7 64-bits compatible with your your processor architecture, I mean have you a 64-bit processor?
2- Did you installe the driver of your graphic card after your laptop installation?

ya i already installed and my processor is intel core 2 duo

ya 64 bit .and now i changed to 32 bit but no benfit that black mark is there

If processor is X86 the X64 will never get installed
