Software used to make gta4 faster (urgent)

hey friends i am sandeep from tumkur. i have also probelm in my gta 4. my gta4 is too slow.i had tried somany softwares ,it seems to be very slow ,so please anyone can solve my probelm. my configaration is like this ,


Intel duo core(1.6 ghz)
1gb ram
512mb graphics card(nvidia 6200 turbo cache) gta4 is coming but it is very slow.which software to be used to make it faster

Hello,

I think you need more ram if it is Windows Vista or Windows 7. The Graphics card seems fine but the CPU isnt that powerful. Remember you need a Core2 Quad to run the game at least perfectly and a Core2 Duo is recommended. Logically an Intel Dual Core will work as my Intel Pentium D works fine with no lag, but you need to upgrade the ram to get a good fps.

On the other hand you can also tweak some GTA IV System files in the installation i think. I will dig some more on it and I'll keep you informed.
