Scripts

Hello,
Everytime I go on internet explorer i keep getting a menu popping up asking, "Scripts are usually safe do you want to allow them, yes no cancel. Doesn't matter what you click on it pops up constantly and doesn't always let u access the pages your looking for, its really frustrating, thanks for anyone who can help.
