Realtek audio CODE 10

Hello,

I had this error code when started my laptop, No audio output deivce installed, and it gave me this code. How should I fix this? I am using Toshiba. Thisi is what is exactly said:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

But I've cheked with the BIOS and the system said it is up to date and what i have installed is the best for my laptop. Help please...
