Ok so this is the sign that you have got infected. The first thing to do is to get a good antivirus first of all download Avast U3!. It is especially designed for the flash disk's infections. You can go to the link https://www.avast.com/store to get it.
If this does not work, try format your usb key and scan it twice. If no virus is detected, try to put the files on them once more.

But i guess my problem is related to "Fake 32gb USB Drive".
