Some serious yahoo messanger problem

I too downloaded the beta and it messed up and couldn't run. But because it coudln't run properly, it won't uninstall either. When I type: "msiexec /x {B1403D7D-C725-4858-AACC-7E5FA2D72859}" as frog suggested to remove it, it says my Windows Installer could not be accessed and that that could happend if it was installed inproperly and to contact some service person...

Is there any way I can fix this?
