Can't install windows

Hi. I recently tried to reinstall windows vista. But getting error message 0xc00000e9. It seems to install but it's just not booting into windows. I than ran chkdsk and that come up with loads of unreadable files I mean loads. Anyway of fixing this. help would be great. Thanks

If you do chkdsk <drive:> /f /r this impliments the syntax to fix the issues found.

give it a try before you install vista.
