i have a problem with my usb port on windows xp, it won't read my external hd and other devices excepts for mouse and keyboard....anyone can help me about this..pls...

try to check your usb port because yung HDD drive is 2.0.. usb port try to check if your computer version of usb port 2.0 before you post in here type the expexct of your computer to determine old or new
