Hi,
Try to uninstall propely Firefox using this uninstaller utility:
http://ccm.net/download/download-11683-free-uninstaller
Then re-install to see if the problem still exists.

I did as you told me and it is still not working. i also tryed running it as admin and still its not working. i dont understand why its not working. i havnt had any problems with it before.

Have you this problem when you run in safe mode?

I suggest you restore your system to a date before this problem occurs.

try downloading "YOUR UNINSTALLER" from google. it will uninstall everything about firefox on your pc and when done. download the newest version of firefox and install again.. i also encountered the same problem like yours. this worked for me.
