Audio is coming in Headset but not through sp

Hello,

I have sony vaio laptop, it was very strange i played a DVD cd in my laptop mean while in the middle the system was short dumped and again when i restart iam unable to listen the audio through from front speakers but when i connected through Headset i can able to listen the audio. am using windows 7.

could any please suggest me how to over come this problem.?

its hardware problem try to connect the speaker with any other system, if it works make sure that you have connected the speaker cable to right terminal or not.............

Hi vamshi, Thanks for reply...

actually i didnt connect to any of the speakers.
for every laptop we will have default speakers right.. that speaker are not getting audio from those, but when connected to Headset am able to listen the audio sound.
