I recently purchased a kingston 16GB pendrive. The pen drive is properly detected by my computer and even shows the whole 16GB memory. However my problem starts now, whenever i move any file in the pen drive they move properly but when i try to open them i get an error that the files are corrupted. It happens with all files whether mp3, doc, xls, jpg etc.
Pls help me if there is any solution
i have already tried formting the pendrive but that didnt work is there any other way
Is it a genuine kingston 16GB Pen drive? These type of problems are mostly seen in the fake pen drives.
It will show you the correct size as they are programmed to display such given sizes as 16GB etc.
