Phone hacking

Hello,
Ive recently found out that someone who works for Orange has hacked into my mobile phone messages, and has made them public. Is there anything that I can do to stop this from happening again, and what are the consequences that this person could suffer. Please help.

Report the issue to your service provider and change your sim card.
