Start Menu subitems are missing

Hello,
I had the Windows XP Recovery virus. It seems to be gone now, and I've restored most of my desktop items and icons. However, the second level of items on my start menu does not show. for example, if I try to go to Photoshop, I see Start > All Programs > Adobe Deisgn Premium CS3 > (Empty). I can reach all the programs through the C drive, but don't know how to get them back on the menu without individually reinstalling them. Please help.

install softwares again and first install antivirus of noroton
