Desktop icons dissappear

Hello,
hey there i typed exactly how u said.. but i cant get my command prompt though it is still on safe mode . i can see it on my start menu but when i click the window of command prompt it dosnt open ..what should i do next ? please help me out..

2. Where did you type it?
