Vaio PC - Complete System Restore

Hello,
I've a vaio laptop.It's model no. is VPCEB11FX.
Now I want to restore my laptop to its original factory configuration.
But It says "Go to sony vaio website for software and drivers".
I go to that site, but I am out of support region(I mean country).
Am I need any drivers or software?
My hard disk have a hidden recovery partition.
Isn't there full version of drivers and software for my laptop.
