Formatting is not completed in my pendrive

Hello,
when i tried to format my new 32GB pendrive..the formatting starts and after a while it shows a window that it cannot complete the process..PLEASE HELP!(i use Windows & Rpemium)

Hello,
Is it a genuine 32GB Pen drive? These type of problems are mostly seen in the fake pen drives.
