Hello,

A friend of mine is installing win98 on a old PC but it won't load. He gets an error stating FAT32 isn't on the drive. I read some forums and was advised to do the following:

sys c:

however this didn't work, it said, "required peramiters missing."

How do I get FAT 32 loaded on a drive with no OS?
