Heyaa.
right, i tried to get a newer version of my msn, because i couldnt do something on mine. i used to be able to have my name in colour and now i cant, i've got some weird thing now, i've uninstalled it from my computer 3 times but it keeps coming back.
please can someone help me. i hate this thing i've got :( x

hi,
it seems that you have got a worm in your computer which is preventing you to do this.
try running spybot software or malwarebytes to remove it.
