MTK MODEM FOR WINDOWS 7

Hello Everyone,
I am using xp & win7 both on my pc, i have a spice QT60 mobile i use it as internet modem but i can only surf net on xp.. coz phone modem driver is MTK and this works only in xp. I want to use internet on win 7 also,

Please tell me about MTK drivers for windows 7 & from where i can download it.
