Bluetooth problem in sony vaio

Hello,
I have bought a sony vaio vpc-eb33fm/bj laptop..now the problem is that I cannt turn on my bluetooth in it.i can not add any bluetooth devices to my laptop.n I can not find the option of turning on my bluetooth in my wireless network section..i have searched my system and it says my bluetooth drivers are not enabled...how do I solve this issue..plz give me step wise information how to rectify this issue.

Hi,

Press on start + x keys at same time ,then press on wireless icon in window which opens and turn on bluetooth device if available. Only some models have bluetooth device integrated.

i did dat..but its not showing me any bluetooth options....infact I can see bluetooth icon in my startup menu but when I want change its setting I cant n even I cant pair ny devices wth it...
