Messages not opening

Hello,

I am not able to open/send/receive any message after I have received broken message on my Samsung Monte mobile.
Please let me know if there is any workaround for this issue.

Hi,

Reset mobile to its factory default setting and try again else it needs to be flashed as software is corrupted.
