Problem connecting to facebook on cell phone

Hello,
I apologize I didn't mean to be rude, this is new to me.
I am having a problem connecting to facebook on my cell phone, it starts to come up then flashes into a connection error try again, I refresh it keeps doing the same.
Does anyone have any ideas, would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you already activated internet service on your handset?if not then contact your service provider for activation instructions which are free of all charges. They will guide you.
