No you can't change the CPU to an i7. The motherboard is designed for the AMD CPU and can't use any other processor.
Yes you can upgrade the memory. You have two memory slots and the max memory supported is 8 GB. You may need to remove the current memory and replace it/them with larger memory modules.

I did replace my V120 with a Phenom II N660 and got 3X better performance...
