<Blocked MSN Account>

My situation is the same as umm...forgot the name. Anyways, I know my password to my account. I don't think is hacked. But When I try to log in my hotmail, it says I've received too many spam emails, and they need me to fill out the form to verify if i'm the owner of the account. I fill out the form, and asked them to sent it to my alternate email which is gmail. I've done it 2 days ago, still no reply from them. I heard it takes up to a week due to the masses that also have the same problem as me. I try callin' but not sure if I got the number wrong, or something is wrong. Anyways, I really need a consise solution here, a solution for BLOCKED ACCOUNTS. not hacked. Solution for the people that know their password, but forgot most of the answers to the security questions.
