when i format my laptop then showing some eror code and virus problem so i can't complite full format with win- xp pls solve this problem

your laptop has a hardware problem so check your dvd/cd rom & if it works well check your hard drive coz it might probably have bad sectors.the easiest way to check physically whether it's still in good condition is shaking it slightly close to your ear & listen for any 'loose' noises',if there is a noise you would save yourself time by using another one
