Sharing an excel sheet

Hello,
I am looking for a way to share an excel sheet with multiple people. each person given a password to see their specific info only. This is for sales. so a drop down on the input sheet would have three names Bob, Larry and Chris. I want to be able to enter the information on the master sheet and have it populate to thier sheets.

Hi Dave,

Let me see if I get you and to see if you are still interested in a solution.

Your workbook has 4 sheets; Master, Bob, Larry, Chris.
On sheet Master you have a dropdown list.

When i.e. Bob is selected from the dropdown list, the entered information copied to sheet Bob.

That leaves me with a few questions:
Which cell contains the dropdown list?
What is the range used to input information?
Do you want to copy or move the data?

Maybe it's best if you upload your file using a filesharing site like www.speedyshare.com and post back the link. Make sure the extention is .xls since I only have acces to Excel 2003.
