Dual boot Linux Installation went wrong!!!

Hello, folks!

I installed Ubuntu Studio in my laptop, which is already is having a Win7 OS, My aim was to make it a dual boot ,.. but during installation i got messed up with the partition system.. and dnt know what I did , which finally ended as this...!!

Greetins,

Open a terminal and type this:
sudo os-prober 
sudo update-grub


Then restart your laptop to see if you can boot from Windows now.
