Solve this problem please

Hello,
I am having trouble when I start my computer it comes to the dell screen when I start the computer then it says; Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \windows\system32\config\system and I was wondering if anyone would have a solution to this problem that they would like to share it would be greatly appreciated thank you and I hope I can figure this out to fix my problem

Try starting your PC in safe mode ( press F8 as windows is booting ) and then from the system tools menu, choose system restore , and restore your pc to the last known good configuration.

my mobile with memory card which is 1gb ,when i conect my mobile to system it is not recognising by any computer
