Facebook not working

Hello, i need help and someone plz should tell me that when i write facebook to browse, suddenly a window opens and facebook says that "
Sorry, we are experiencing temporary technical problem, please check back later." and i don't know what to do. i have google chrome, firefox, and normal internet explorer. it doesn't work in any of them.
