No output on screen, repeated long beeps

<my pc got a problem of not booting up before and it produces repeated long beep. I bought a new ram and replace the old one then it worked. After a month of not using my pc, I mo,ved the unit to another place then boot it up, i experience again the same problem. no display on the screen, it creates repeated long beep but the cpu, the fan is working well. pls help me fix my pc>
