How to recover mails which has disappeared?

Hello,

Pls help me that when i opened my mail i found some unwanted messages about 29 Nos and i deleted those 29. But after that i found all my important mails lost. So how can i retreive my lost mails?

Get in deleted items and have them restored,which email type are you using?
