Default Phone Psswrd on Samsung Wave GT8500?

Hello,

My samsung wave is asking me for a phone password whenever I click on the mobile tracker. The thing is I didn't set any password of any kind. I've tried the default passwords like 0000, 1234, 12345, 9999 but none of them are working. Is there any other password?

I don't want to reset the factory settings, because then all the data gets deleted.

Help please.
