To retrieve the lost mails

Hello,

I hv lost my previous mail from gmail and in thrash also.Pl advise to retrieve.The mails were very much important and crucial.Pls help.

Hi Venu,

Once deleted from the trash, the messages are also deleted from the Gmail server, they are gone forever.

Sorry about that but it is true.
