Outlook only sends emails on work network

Hello,

My work email (@mydomain.com) only sends emails while I'm in work and not when I'm connected to my home network. They will just sit in my outbox until I go into work. My home network is Verizon FIOS. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's not the connection setting because it works while I'm in work with no issues.

Not expert on networking but I think it is because it does not find your exchange server when you are working using your home network
