Real Player Download does not appear

Hello,
I have the problem that Real Player Download does not appear on video. I looke in the Manage Add Ons and it does not appear there to allow me to enable it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, and that does not work....can you give me any guidance please.

Did you check other browsers?

If you use internet explorer

Click on start and type

inetcpl.cpl and press enter

Click on the "Advanced" tab,>>settings

check the box for "Enable third-party browser extensions*". Then click "Apply" button, the click "OK" button.
Reopen internet explorer
